Machine Operator – Santa Teresa, NM Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Production/Machine Operator for a long-term job at one of our Global clients in Santa Teresa, NM. This is an entry-level role. The ability to communicate in each English/Spanish is preferred but not required This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews. • Pay: $11.50 • Weekly Monday – Friday (May be required to work OT during week and/or Saturdays) o 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM o 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM In this role you will: Machine Operators are responsible for receiving, inspecting, de-cluttering and washing returnable containers. This could include staging of material, hand cleaning or scraping containers and putting them through an industrial washer. Candidate must have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to read and follow all procedures and instructions. The position is given daily task and work directions from a Shift Team Leads. This role must actively seek to understand and follow all site and area safety and quality requirements to maintain safe operations. Candidates must be reliable, flexible, willing to learn and demonstrate good teamwork skills. They must have a general understanding of basic hand tools and how to use them. Primary Responsibilities: • Staging materials and supplies • Picking up raw materials/finished goods and putting away correctly • Assistance with warehouse activities as needed • Follow safety procedures including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE will be provided) and equipment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Follow and understand daily assigned duties • Follow safety procedures including LOTO, waste disposal, PPE and equipment SOPs. • Safety oriented • Ability to work independently • Trouble shooting • Attention to detail is critical • Fork truck certifiable is preferred but not required
