Luxe is a sweet 10-year-old German Shepherd who is currently at the Town of Hempstead Shelter. Ready for Rescue, a 501 3 c non-profit is looking to save her but we need a foster home to step up. She is an incredibly sweet dog who likes attention and playing with her toys and is always up for a game of fetch. She was also indifferent to dogs she was introduced to and interactions with resident dogs can be arranged. Luxe has some typical age related issues like a little arthritis but she gets around quite well and has an adorable gait. Ready for Rescue specializes in helping senior animals and this gal is right up our alley. We cover all vet care for our fosters.
