We are looking for that right, win-win-win person to join our Team! Job Summary: Our QA-Tester/Tech Support team members jump in and help where needed! Job Duties include: * Providing customer technical support & service * Strong communication skills, verbal and written * Preparing contact/incident/summary reports as needed basis * Auditing proprietary software for accuracy * Strong communication skills, verbal and written * Attending team huddles to remain current with trends and requirements * Technological enthusiasm, engagement and proficiency with various operating systems on PCs, Macs and smartphones * Learning new software programs on an as needed basis--quickly * Creative and analytical problem solving skills * Enjoying the creative process by participating in new idea/enhancement/planning/prioritization conversations * Strong communication skills, verbal and written * Social media/networking interest & skills & keeping up to date on latest trends * Interacting successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels * Multi-tasking in a fast-paced-at-times environment (reprioritizing, shifting focus and being flexible with changing business needs) * Meeting deadlines Let us know your interest in joining our team by emailing the highlights from your background education/hobbies/experience that meet/match this job description--demonstrating how you may very well be the person we are looking for.
