The role requires drive and a sense of accountability, because the day-to-day working environment will involve very little supervision. For example; do you pride yourself in a job well done? Responsibilities In this role working under the direction of management, you will establish & maintain relationships with our clients. Drive to each job site to clean homes & offices, and perform administrative duties when required. Job Requirements -2 Years of Residential Cleaning -Valid Driver’s License -Reliable Vehicle -Positive Reference Check -Pass Background & Drug Screening -Perform administrative duties when required. -Completion of Training Cleaning Appointments Weekends Off. Assignments are Mondays through Fridays. Service Area includes cities in the southern MD area. We provide equipment and supplies (within reason, and must be used wisely) Report to each cleaning session on time (must ensure to bring and use necessary cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies) Work with minimal supervision Assess a clients home & upon entry. Meaning: you will need to complete a walk through and assess the cleaning needs. If/when you see anything that looks broken, chipped, cracked etc.. notify management before you begin to clean. Clean homes and ensure tasks outlined in cleaning checklists are completed to the highest standards. (While always using good judgment & customize per client’s wishes) Complete each cleaning session within the time frame given. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by earning their trust & respect. Comply with proper safety measures and procedures (i.e. when using cleaning supplies, and reporting incidents to managers right away) Ensure all equipment & supplies are transported to and from each cleaning session (always being properly prepared for each cleaning session & ensure nothing is left behind). Perform administrative duties when required. If/when a customer is onsite; remain friendly & warm while remaining on task. (Always delivering the highest quality of customer service possible) Additional information We are willing to train, fast learning & motivated candidates.
