Looking for a carpenter or helper. Some experience framing is preferred but not necessary. New house build south of cape charles, doing most of the house myself so will need help with digging footers to framing roofing all the way to the finish. Part time and full time work available. Base pay starts at 12/hr and will be higher according to skill/output. Good chance to learn many parts of the job if unskilled. Will be building another house after completion.
