Property Management Company looking for a fulltime experienced and skilled maintenance technician for a large apartment complex located in Salisbury, MD. Should have basic skills in carpentry, plumbing repairs, electrical, drywall, painting, etc. Will be responsible for basic maintenance and repairs on the property and in the apartments, turning vacant units, preparing for inspections, maintaining the property, etc. Will also be on-call for after hours maintenance emergencies. Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent benefit package includes salary, health insurance, life insurance, STD/LTD, 401k, paid holidays/vacation/sick time, and bonuses. Salary based on experience.
