I have a teeny, tiny Chihuahua that is looking for a new home. She's a year old and just 3 pounds. You couldn't ever breed her, just love her. She does need help with house training. She is crate trained and will not potty in her crate. But if she's running around the house all day, she will. She needs be let outside a few times a day.
