Appliance Installers at J.B. Hunt have the unique job of delivering and installing appliances to dedicated customers every day. We provide paid training to installation specialists, giving them the tools and the confidence they need to safely and correctly install appliances, fitness equipment, furniture, and other items at customer locations. Job Overview: • Responsible for loading and unloading appliances from a delivery truck • Install gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, range ovens, etc. • Consistent schedule and payday each week • Requires: No Experience Necessary! This position requires the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers and employees and the ability to make decisions in a timely and professional manner. •Great customer service skills •Must be able to physically lift or move appliances up to 100 pounds and occasionally move appliances over 100 pounds •Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals •Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers and employees. •Ability to make decisions in a timely and professional manner, plus have the analytical ability, initiative, and problems solving ability. •Must have a valid drivers license Pay and Benefits: • Competitive pay starting at $16.00/hr • Single or Family medical, dental and vision plans at affordable premiums • Annual paid vacation • Weekly Direct Deposit • Company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance • 401K with Company Match Conditions of Employment: Employment is conditional upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, employment verification, and background check.
