looking for a studio/work/retail space????

Hey are you looking for a studio space??? Me too, I'm a photographer and have experienced the limitations of not being able to shoot as much during the winter, traveling with gear instead of having people come to me, or losing shoots due to the lack of a studio. Here's the deal. I've talked with another photographer associate of mine and we have been looking for a good sized space while also reducing the overhead for the lease by splitting it. I think with one more creative we can get an awesome space for about $500/month each, may or may not include utilities depending on the space. We are looking closer to the downtown or surrounding area. We are both photographers and open to other photographers, but I think it would be awesome to have another creative in their. Like a graphic designer/ artist/ painter/ etc. The space would have plenty of space for display of artwork, gallery shows of work, and etc. Also we may benefit from each others skills. We are open to non creatives, like if you were looking for a storefront for your products, it might work out because our clients would see your product and you could have a dedicated space for products. If this sounds like this could work for you reach out. Tell me just a little about you, what you do so I know your intended use of the shared space and we can go from there. We may be looking to do this asap, because good spaces go fast. Cheers
