The team member will be responsible for completing routine landscaping maintenance to clients correctly and on time. The right candidate should be a leader and self starter and have a desire for high compensation and job satisfaction. The maintenance crews perform routine tasks such as mowing turf, trimming and pruning plant material, installing mulch, pine straw and plants in planting beds, cleaning up leaves and debris and performing dormant pruning in the winter months. Compensation is very good and will grow with the employees capability and production. Ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors and likes working with his/her hands.
