Salary - $14/hour with 90 day and 180-day performance reviews (pay increases available) Clements Tent Rentals is looking for a field operations lead. Driven, motivated employee looking to help grow a small business. Unlimited growth potential with an established small business that focuses on quality customer service experience. Will be working on site at multiple venues across the Northern Neck and Richmond areas setting up inventory. Working with a team to become industry leaders. Job Duties • Set up and takedown of tent, stages, dance floors and lighting etc • Delivery of equipment; tents, stages floors, lighting, tables, chairs, etc • Loading and unloading of trucks • Cleaning, maintaining and repairing equipment. • On-site interaction with clients • Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed. • Drive Box Truck and manual transmission • Other duties as requested. Working Conditions • Must be able to stand and be physically active for hours at a time. • Outdoors in all weather conditions • Some Night/Weekend work required. Education, Skills and Requirements • High School Diploma /GED is preferred, but not required. • Must be able to lift 75+ lbs over significant distances. • Strong attention to detail • Valid drivers license and clean driving record. • Rental industry experience preferred. • Positive Mindset and “Can-do” attitude Work will be done at warehouse and at location of events/venues.
