Immediate opening for full time horse farm help. The position is a hybrid of working with horses, as well as maintenance and general farm upkeep. Must be comfortable with foals, young horses and broodmares. Stallion experience a plus. Responsibilities include feeding, turnout, some stall cleaning, holding for vet and farrier. Maintenance includes mowing (zero spin and tractor with bush hog), weed wacking, fence maintenance, power washing, etc. Basic mechanical comfort a plus. Ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy and a self-starter requiring little micro management. No drama.  Monday-Friday 8-5, Sunday 9-2 (optional but hours available for ambitious type). $10/hour cash. EQUAL opportunity EMPLOYER, but basic English is necessary.
