Need drywall taper/painter ASAP ongoing work

Looking for an experienced drywall taper and painter for ongoing work in the Tolland /Hartford area. My current employee is about to retire and we are busier than ever. I need someone who will show up at the job site 10 minutes early... if you don’t have reliable transportation or issues with getting to work on time please don’t waste our time because I can’t have anyone working for me that’s not reliable. I’m not looking to train someone nor am I looking for a beginner when it comes to this industry. I need someone who is fast and efficient and does the job right the first time. I want to make this clear I’ve had people in the past show up with no tools or the wrong tools which shows that this isn’t some thing they do for a living.... i’ve had people show up with their wives to help them and trust me when I say they don’t step foot in the job site. This may sound harsh but I have five star reviews for a reason and that’s because I’ve been in this business for over 40 years and I pay attention to every detail. I pay well to anyone who has the experience and work ethic required. Currently I have a three month wait list for jobs because I’m so busy therefore I’m looking for someone to start ASAP.
