Maintenance/Facilities Associate Full Time

The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the facility as well providing minor repairs and improvements to the facility and grounds. The ideal candidate will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be a key holder and be responsible for opening the facility each morning. Major Responsibilities include Assisting Manager with Fire extinguisher/elevator/equipment inspections Exchanging, fixing light fixtures/bulbs Cubicle assembly or removal as needed Event set up and breakdown as needed Bailing machine and other equipment use Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen areas, offices, cubicles and warehouse Trash and recycle removal Vacuuming of office and common areas Floor washing of common areas, hallways and stairwells Assist Warehouse Team with shipping/receiving duties Requirements include  Ability to stand/walk for entire shift, except during breaks and lunch  Ability to lift up to 30 lbs with no restrictions  Ability to communicate with all levels of team members and management  Ability to read and understand correct use of cleaning solvents  Ability to read and understand assembly instructions  Ability to utilize basic home repair tools  Ability to execute minor repairs  Ability to stand on ladders  Reliable transportation  Ability to work an early shift and be a key holder and open the building at 7am
