TRS (Trademark Restoration Services) a growing restoration company seeking technicians experienced technicians for a busy full-time residential and commercial work. Position Requirements: • Two or more years of experience in the following: o Drywall o Rough framing • Basic proficiency in the use of email and portable devices used to report and record daily activity. • Certification in performing services for: water, mitigation, mold. Our ideal candidate must possess the following attributes: • Dependable and reliable • Available for emergency calls • Must have a valid driver's license • Must be able to pass background and drug screening • Great customer service skills • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with home owners, adjusters and vendors Job Responsibilities: • Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards • Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork • Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times • Job site prep and cleanup • Performing highly demanding labor • Working under difficult physical conditions (such as in crawl spaces or attics) • On-call night and weekend rotation
