Seeking a maintenance technician for Apartment building in Las Vegas, NV. Maintenance staff is responsible for all aspects of property maintenance including curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance. Requirements: • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience • A good working knowledge and have the ability to perform professional level maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, and general construction. • The ability to use tools, such as paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, and coverings, as well as power tools, such as snakes, jack hammers, electrical test devices, grinders, drills, and saws. • Good communication skills both, verbal and written • Good customer service. • Flexible with you schedule and able to participate in an on-call rotation • Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. • Must have your own tools COVID-19 precautions Social distancing guidelines in place All Applicants must wear a mask to the interview.
