La Conner Retirement Inn, a Senior Care Community located in La Conner, Washington is seeking a maintenance manager to oversee the property and perform repairs and general maintenance work througout the community. Position is responsible for routine maintenance, turning apartments and refurbishing vacant units, general maintenance to include exterior and interior maintenance of the entire property. In addition conduct preventative maintenance, respond to requests for repairs from residents, staff, and managers. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a maintenance related position with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and various mechanical systems. Must have knowledge with performing inspections and be able to to diagnose safety isses and repair and report on proper performance of equipment. Must enjoy working with elderly as well as be able to deal tactfully with residents, families, staff, management and the general public. Please apply online at:
