Need to re-home my female sub-adult red foot tortoise. I’ve had her for 5-6 months she’s about 10-12in and I am kind of in over my head. I haven’t been able to keep up with the humidity and am afraid she may have a respiratory infection. I paid $650 for her but would be willing to sell her for $500 to someone more knowledgeable. She needs high humidity, heat and UVB lamps, and needs a large pen. I would prefer to give her to someone who can keep her outside during the day for at least a few months out of the year. She’s extremely friendly and will run over to you if she’s hungry, and even let’s you pet her head and neck. You must have experience with tortoises, must have proper housing and be prepared to answer questions, I will have a lot!
