Have you heard of Redwood Model Collective? After the pandemic shut down the local drawing circles, a group of models worked together to continue offering live Zoom figure drawing sessions 3 days per week for artists. Zoom is a wonderful platform for offering figure drawing sessions as it allows the artist to choose from multiple angles without leaving their seat, includes one close-up view for every pose to capture more detailed portraits, offers the option for screenshots (reference photos) for an additional fee, and still offers a rotating schedule of local and experienced models. And you can attend this experience without ever leaving the comfort of your studio! $10.50 entry fee + $10 unlimited screenshots(optional - references only) Weekly Sessions: Mondays 6 - 8pm Thursdays 6 - 8pm Sundays 2 - 4pm Zoom opens a half hour before each session.
