Description SIMOS is hiring at a major distribution center at the Highridge Park area in Pottsville, PA. Work in a great team environment and receive weekly pay, and paid training to start. Earn from $16.96-$17.63 hourly. With a pay increase after 30 days and then again after 60 and 90 days. Refer a friend and receive $100 after 30 days of employment. And ask about our $700 sign on bonuses. The warehouse is a high-traffic area, and employee must be able to work independently while remaining focused. Job Responsibilities Employees are expected to comply and fully adhere to the SIMOS Dress-Code Policy and Attendance Policy. Lift, handle and carry boxes up to 70+ pounds. This position requires you to stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours. This requires reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting. Operate a LRT/RF gun as needed. Operate equipment safely and to exception, as needed. Employee must always maintain a work-area and environment that is free of plastic, paper, corrugate, damaged materials, and other debris, to help maintain a safe working environment. Employee are expected to be on-time for the start of their shift, and to remain thru entire shift. *Weeknights shifts available (Monday thru Thursday) 6:00 pm- 4:30 am - $16.96. *Weekend shifts available (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) 6:00 am- 6:30 pm -$17.17.63 *Weekend Night Shift Available (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) 5:00pm-5:30am. Must be willing to train on Weekend Days for 2 weeks prior to weekend night start. Must be willing to train on equipment.
