Two neighbors with over 4 acres of lawn, woods, gravel driveways, a stream, and dwellings need help with regular maintenance and upkeep work. One of the homes is a log home, both have wooden sheds. Largely outdoor jobs. You need some familiarity with power tools such as lawn tractors, power washer, lawn mower, hedge trimmer, weed whacker, rakes, shovels etc. We don't mind teaching some things to a bright hard working person. We've been here over 20 years and know what needs doing when and mostly the best ways to go about it. Reliability and communication skills are important. You could have all the above skills and lack these and things would not work out. The work is physical in nature, but gender is not important as long as you can do the work.
