Established local Property Management firm looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard working individuals to join our team. The people we hire for the summer season are very important to the success of our company. We have a great deal of grounds work, exterior maintenance jobs, as well as apartment and common area cleaning and upkeep which must be done. Naturally we are interested in hiring only those people who are willing to work hard and who will be available throughout our busy summer season. This is a great summer job for students since the work term is a perfect match for the school summer break, and returning "veteran" employees from prior years often enjoy coming back in subsequent future years. Responsibilities include: General property maintenance including preparing/cleaning/refreshing apartment vacancies, outdoor grounds upkeep, exposure to assist in minor property repairs. F/T 40 hours per week May through August.
