Ginkgo Residential LLC is an integrated multifamily investment, management and redevelopment company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We currently manage over 6,000 apartment units in more than 30 communities with a geographic footprint that encompasses the entire southeast. The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager and Assistant Maintenance Manager in carrying out the service processes of the property to ensure our community members have a well-maintained home. Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances • Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist. • Perform duties necessary to restore apartments to “market ready” status in a timely manner and in accordance with the Company’s Apartment Make Ready Policy • Assist and supervise sub-contractors while they are on the property • Maintain service shop so that it is safe, clean, and well organized, with adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience • HVAC, EPA, CPO certifications preferred • Top notch customer service skills and basic computer skills • Ability to multi-task and work independently • Rotating after-hours on-call availability, rotating weekends • Valid Driver’s License We offer an environment that encourages education and advancement.
