Job Description: This is a working Supervisor role over seeing a crew (2-6 people) to clean the inside of newly built homes. Ability to communicate positively with team and customers are a must. Attention to detail as well as understanding how to exceed our customers' expectations is very important. All equipment, tools and vehicles are provided.
Duties: Not limited to the following; window cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scouring sinks & tubs, kitchen detailing, loading equipment into company van and post-clean inspections. Completing team timesheets and other minor paperwork are mandatory.
Clothing: Clean comfortable clothing (example: jeans and t-shirt). Tennis shoes or work shoes are fine but no open toe shoes or sandals. Company shirts are supplied after probationary period.
Schedule: Meet at our office Monday-Friday starting at 6:45am and working 8 plus hours per day with a target of 40 hours per week. Occasionally working Saturday is required as well as some extended hour shifts as needed. Most major holidays we have off but from time to time we do have work.
Requirements:
A positive, happy and motivated personality goes a long way with this position!
Capable to set-up & climb a 32' extension ladder (fear of heights is prohibitive).
Smart phone with the ability to access the internet and receive/send email.
Valid NC driver's license with a somewhat clean record.
Spanish verbal, reading and writing are very helpful.
Use company GPS to navigate to jobsites.
Transportation to and from office.
