A Multi-Family Residential Property Management company seeks a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor with 3+ years experience. This position is a supervisor position and must have the ability to guide, train, lead and be a great team member. Qualifications: General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, general maintenance Previous renovation/rehab or minor construction experience preferred Previous maintenance experience required, prior multi-family maintenance experience preferred High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required EPA/HVAC Certification This is a full time position offering great pay and full benefits. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus plan. Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed.
