Our Restoration Company has provided quality clean up and restoration to homes and businesses damaged by water, mold and fire. Duties include but are not limited to: *Onsite quality assurance for ongoing projects. *Prepare time schedule for projects. *Manage multiple crews/projects. *Order Material Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in customer service, restoration/construction management, sales, time management and leadership. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Salary plus commission! Job Requirements ~ Minimum of 2years experience in the field of property damage restoration preferred but not necessary. ~ Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, as all work requires a sense of urgency. ~ Proficient in the use of Xactimate, and Windows applications preferred but not necesary. ~ Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times ~ Self Starter with excellent follow-through and problem solving skills ~ Goal oriented achiever that enjoys helping people in a time of need ~ Networking, prospecting, and sales closing skills with industry specific knowledge ~ Good work ethic with stable history Please email resumes and salary requirements or fax to 301-210-1178 Attn: Hiring Manager No phone calls please
