We are looking to hire for several positions, including a driver, crew member and others. Need to have: -Papers to work legally in our country and state -Ability to arrive on time and prepared for work Good to have: -2-3 references who can account for previous experience -Driver's license with no restrictions -Experience driving trucks and operating lawn-maintenance equipment -English and Spanish proficiency Responsibilities: -Safely operate vehicles and equipment at all times -Track and report your own time and time of crewmembers accurately -Manage your crew in efficient and effective methods -Give clear direction and communication with coworkers -Abide drug-free policy -Respect vehicles and equipment and maintain them clean and organized -Keep track of materials and equipment, report issues to management Pay: Hourly rate, $15-20 based on experience and performance
