Swimming Pool Tech and Laborers (Alexandria) We are looking for Weekly Home Pool Service Techs and Laborers. This is a full time position with competitive pay. Average Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm and one Saturday a month 10:00am-4:00pm Swimming Pool Service Tech Average Daily Duties: Performing swimming pool maintenance on customer pools throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland in a company provided vehicle. Tasks include vacuuming swimming pools, water testing, brushing, skimming, minor repairs, and assisting customers with their swimming pool questions or concerns. During the preseason Techs will also assist mechanics with openings and drain and cleans. At the end of the season Techs will help with pool closings as well. Swimming Pool Service Tech Expected Qualifications: No experience necessary, but preferred. We will provide all necessary pool related training. Candidates must be self motivators with excellent communication skills, customer relations skills, and problem solving abilities. Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license and be drug free. Ability to drive a manual transmission is preferred. Must be willing to work within a team environment. We have an easy going atmosphere and are looking for an outgoing people who are presentable, who can be punctual, reliable, hard working, trustworthy and drug free. Compensation: Very Competitive Pay Based on Experience and Qualifications (hourly, bi-weekly pay periods). Overtime available.
