Job Description: QLF, Inc. is a small family owned company that manufactures animal feed additives and premixes. We are looking for a self-motivated person who is a good team worker. This person will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out preventive maintenance work orders. Managing the maintenance schedule. Repair equipment, pallet racking and other items. Also fabricate parts when needed. Primary Focus: • Completing and managing maintenance work orders for preventive maintenance. • Fixing machinery and equipment that breaks. • Inspect equipment for wear. • Maintain building in good condition. • General Maintenance on HVAC (clean/change dust filters) • Maintain and clean outside grounds. Secondary Focus: • Updating plant. • Fabricating and installing parts. • Building shelves, installing pallet racking, etc. Job Qualifications: • Lift 65 pounds. • Mechanically inclined. • Construction experience.
