We are looking for a part-time warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations here at PCD! Come join our growing team! Warehouse worker responsibilities include loading, unloading and helping will call customers, scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Customer Service Accurately locate & pull product from warehouse for customer will calls and deliveries Interact in a friendly and professional manner with customers and employees Shipping and Receiving Ensure on time shipments (i.e. Meet shipping deadlines) Load and unload shipments using established procedures. Verify accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments. Participate in physical inventories / cycle counts Inspect damaged cartons for concealed damage to product and document accordingly. Ensure all damaged product reports and/or documentation is complete and filed appropriately. Manage the utilization of warehouse equipment. Education and / or Experience: HS diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere preferred. Previous experience operating powered warehouse industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, etc.) and utilizing an electronic inventory management system preferred. Qualifications Familiarity with warehouse operations including use and maintenance of equipment. Knowledge of inventory control management and distribution service operations. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Inventory management systems. Ability to become forklift certified. Solid command of English, both written and verbal. Attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with a diverse workforce. Excellent conflict resolution skills Driving experience not needed but is a plus!
