Landscape/Hardscape Crew Member Borsello Landscaping is a full service Landscaping company in Delaware and Pennsylvania that has served the area for more than two decades. We provide high quality design and installation of a full range of landscaping and exterior living services. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality products and our customer feedback is uniformly positive. Crew Member Responsibilities: • Performs various landscape/hardscape related physical duties as required • Maintains all safety standards per company rules and procedures • Safely and efficiently handles job materials • Effectively uses jobsite equipment/tools (will train as needed) • Frequently moves tools, equipment, or other material as directed by job foreman • Conducts work in a professional manner adhering to all company rules and procedures The company is in immediate need for full time seasonal workers. Candidate can expect a minimum of forty hours per week in season (more during peak times of year). Company looks to promote from within so there is room for advancement for the right candidate. Crew Member Qualifications/Skills: • Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety & quality of work • Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers • Physically able to perform tasks required including but not limited to lifting 80lbs unaided, digging, bending, kneeling, etc. • Valid driver’s license preferred but not required Experience • Previous landscaping/hardscaping experience is desired but the right candidate can be trained • Basic understanding of and communication in English preferred If you are a motivated individual looking to earn a competitive wage with a rapidly growing company, please send list of qualifications/experience and we will be in touch!
