Western strives to be the employer of choice by creating a safe, stable, and challenging work environment. We are seeking to hire full-time permanent employees at our Bakersfield facility. The schedule for these positions: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends when needed. No prior experience required. Training is provided to ensure the proper understanding of job duties and responsibilities. These positions require manual handling of cylinders and candidates must be able to work in a non-stationary, fast-paced environment and able to roll or lift 70 lbs.
