Lake Region Lakes Management District: The Lakes Management District designs, builds, and maintains its own docks, boat ramps, and seawalls. The District has the responsibility of operating and maintaining numerous lake level management structures / parks/ boat ramps on the Chain of Lakes in Winter Haven. We also have a 300 acre farm with an active citrus grove. * 40 Hours per week – Monday through Friday 7am – 4pm, free health insurance to employee, generous PTO. * Position is for a crew member to install seawall materials, build boat ramps/docks and maintain local parks and work on our farm. * No experience needed – will train as necessary. Pay starts at $11.00 with possible increase due to experience. * Drug Free Workplace * Must have ACTIVE, Florida driver’s license with 6 points or less (must be provided with application) * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a repeated basis *Must be willing to work in ALL weather conditions ***Please come in person to complete an application at our office located at: 804 Avenue X, SW, Winter Haven, FL 33880.
