Real estate company looking for a part-time runner to place FOR SALE signs, lockboxes, conduct house checks on vacant listings, and other misc errands for the company. 15-20 hrs per week. $15/hr + mileage allowance at standard IRS rates. This is a CONTRACT position. You must have reliable transportation, adequate insurance, and vehicle must be able to transport FOR SALE signs, which are 30"x60". You must be able to show our company as additional insured on your policy. Applicants will be interviewed via Zoom.
