Maintenance for Mobile Home & RV Park BoaVida Communities is a west coast based, expanding, management company of mobile home and RV parks. We are looking for a qualified maintenance for one of our parks in Fulton, TX. We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well within a team. Anyone with plumbing or electrical experience would be ideal. Position will include the following, but not limited to these duties: • Basic landscape maintenance. • Basic to intermediate plumbing and electrical repairs. • Facility maintenance. • Changing utility meters. • Machine and small engine maintenance. • Working with underground utilities such as sewer and water lines. • Emergency utility repairs. • Projects may include digging, painting, carpentry, home remodels, trash outs, etc. Job Requirements: • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds • 2 years’ experience working in a trade, maintenance position or other relevant work. • Customer service oriented, positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment. • Reliable registered transportation. • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. Position is for full time. Compensation starts $10.00-$12.50 per hour dependent on work experience. Thank you for your interest in this position.
