Guitarist seeking others to jam with

I am an intermediate level guitarist with quality gear, looking for musicians in my area to jam with and possibly form a band. My musical influences are broad, and include classic rock, blues, jazz, country, metal, and progressive. I play more classic rock than anything else. I would classify myself as a rhythm guitarist who is capable of simple leads also. I know a bunch of covers, but would love to find a group of people who are interested in coming up with some original songs. If you are interested, hit me up and let’s see what happens. I am 50 years old, and I’ve been playing for about 8 years. I am really looking to find a band in the making, or, at the very least, a drummer and bassist.
