would like to hear from a woman or man who has had a blepharoplasty - eye lid lift - in mexico - across from nogales, az. my wife is interested in doing so, but not at usa prices... we have had lots of dental work done in progresso, mx across the border at mcallen, tx - and have perfect results. leaving texas and moving to arizona this summer, so having it done across from nogales would work better. thank you.
