Property Management company in operation since 1998 in Landgrove and Weston, VT is hiring for a year round, lead maintenance position. Responsibilities include lawn mowing, snow plowing & shoveling, sanding, equipment maintenance, managing summer lawn maintenance schedule, and interacting with clients. Experience in all areas is required, as well as a good driving record. Pay is commensurate with experience, and includes 6 paid holidays and two weeks of vacation time.
