DAYTONA BEACH AREA property management company is now interviewing for general repairmen to service our customers. This is an independent contractor arrangement which will substantially add to your business income. Our firm handles properties for the area's largest real estate company. We currently need a person assigned to a 100 unit townhouse community that we manage.
Successful criteria includes:
-You have at least 2 years repair experience
-You are located within 20 miles of downtown Daytona Beach
-You are state licensed or willing to obtain one.
-You or your crew can give us 5 hours per week as minimal time commitment.
We are Ormond Beach based and service areas from Port Orange to Palm Coast with a concentration within Daytona Beach.
