MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT HIRING MAINTENANCE WORKERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM! Property Management company growing rapidly with room for advancement for individuals with experience who are highly skilled in all aspects of property maintenance. We are looking for team members who are professional, prompt, and courteous to staff and tenants. REQUIREMENTS: Have a valid DL and an insured vehicle to use during your scheduled shift Have your own hand tools and the most used power tools Have strong time management skills Be able to complete all work orders on-time with accurate records on materials/inventory/labor SKILLS: Apartment - make ready Dry Wall – remove, hang, patch, mud, tape (texturing a plus) Painting – touch ups, new coats, matching (exterior a plus) Plumb – troubleshoot, leaks, pipes, hot water tanks, etc Electric – breakers, fuses, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, lights, etc Appliance – service or repair (not mandatory) AC/Heat - service or repair (not mandatory) This is a full-time position.
