Beach Equipment Set-up and Tear down

This is for a new start up business so duties and responsibilities may change. I'm looking for 1-2 individuals that are extremely reliable, can lift at least 50 lbs and would enjoy spending their day at the beach between work. It could be a team or couple depending on whether they can handle the physical portion of the job. The main responsibilities include setting up 1-3 Beach Equipment packages (Tent, Chairs, Cooler, Towels, Games, etc. ) around 7:00am and then tearing down around 4pm. Each package will take approx. 45 minutes each to set up and tear down so you will be done before 10am and would need to come back around 4pm to tear down and be done before 6pm. This is a split shift position (up to 2.5 hours in the morning / up to 2.5 hours in the afternoon)The process is open for discussion for the right person / team. This will be an appointment driven business so I'll only need you when appointments are made. My initial thoughts are this will be mainly Friday - Sun with occasional weekdays mixed in. I don't believe this will be full time to begin with but I do expect the business to increase and I'm looking for someone / team to grow with us in Flagler Beach initially and also as we grow to other markets. This will be a 1099 position, so no benefits, but it does have a fantastic work environment.
