Cleaning company seeking a professional energetic individual for commercial janitorial services. Qualifications Include: -Must have own transportation -Must speak English -At least 2 years experienced in commercial cleaning -Must have a clean background and no criminal history -Drug Free -Must have knowledge in handling cleaning materials and chemicals -Detail oriented -Must be able to complete routine tasks quickly and efficiently without supervision JOB DESCRIPTION * Clean and organize breakrooms * Clean and sanitize restrooms * Restocking supplies in all breakrooms and in restrooms * Dust, wipe, sweep, mop or vacuum floors * Empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers * Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are stored properly and in an orderly manner * Lock, secure and set alarms in buildings when work is complete. * All other duties as requested, which may include cleaning of interior and exterior windows, blinds, artificial plants and mops STARTS AT $______Depending on experience. Part time Evenings-Nights..Monday through Thursday & Saturday and Sunday work required. The selected candidate will need be available to start immediately. Please submit your resume if interested.
