CNC Programmer / CNC Operator Door and Window Description: Busy Steel Door and Window manufacturer seeks experienced CNC operator / programmer to assist in operation of CNC machinery (Mecal Kosmos), custom part programming, product development and/or engineering of custom doors and windows. General Summary: Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years operating CNC machinery and broad experience in mechanical engineering. Essential Duties, Skills and Responsibilities: Working knowledge of Code and Code Generating Software Working knowledge of 4 axis machining Excel Spreadsheets Ability to read and work with blueprints and shop drawings Able to work on multiple projects at once Good grasp of math and precision measuring instruments Good grasp of the basics of geometry Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Door and Window experience Machine set up, operation and programming, including CNC Bi-Lingual Education & Experience: At least 3 years experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment Salary: Commensurate with experience
