We are a family owned General Contractor company specializing in Commercial Construction for the Portland/Vancouver Metro Area. We are Looking for an Experienced, Self-Motivated and Dependable Carpenter. Responsibilities/Duties Carpentry Skill Sets for All Around Knowledge of Framing and Finish Work Running Crews Work from Ladders and Scaffolding Ability to Frequently Lift or Carry 20 to 75 pounds Inspect Work for Accuracy and Quality Physical Requirements Include: Standing, Bending, Squatting, Sitting, Kneeling, Crawling, Repetitive Motion of Hands and Wrists, Walking, and Climbing. Typical Working Conditions Include: New Construction and Remodel Working in Unheated Areas and in All Weather Conditions, Including Dusty and Noisy Environments, Working on Ladders and Elevated Work Areas. This Individual Must Carry Professionalism and Quality onto Our Job Sites at All Times and Follow OSHA and Company Safety Rules and Regulations. Perform Other Duties as Assigned. Qualifications 3+ Years’ Experience in Carpentry 3+ Years’ Experience in Commercial Construction Valid Driver’s License Must have Reliable Transportation to Each Jobsite Fluent in English Additional Information Wage is Depending on Experience ($22hr.-$30hr.) $500 Sign On Bonus After 90 Days Holidays, Competitive Health Coverage and Sick Pay after 90 Days Vacation after 6 Months 401K Packages with Employer Match after 1 Year
