We offer a friendly and energetic atmosphere and ensure warm and personalized service for our residents. We are currently in need of a full time skilled maintenance technician. Qualified candidates will have experience in all aspects of general maintenance as well as excellent communication skills. Job duties include but are not limited to: • HVAC repair • Painting • Electrical • Drywall • Small appliance repair • Plumbing Requirements: • 2 (+) years experience in general maintenance • HVAC Certification with at least 2 years of HVAC repair experience preferred • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Acceptable background check • Pre-employment physical and drug test are required We are a Drug Free Workplace.: Preston Pointe
