Entire apartment complex has water damage. We are doing the build back of insulation, drywall, trim and paint. Pay is by the square foot. Also several patches to do, paid by the patch. Thousands and thousands of square feet of drywall and paint. Labor only, materials will be onsite. Must have your own truck and tools. Must be able to work full time and be reliable. 6 days per week from 8am to 6pm. How many square feet can you do in six days?? Paid weekly for the work completed. Must be able to match texture. Speed is the name of the game so perfection is not necessary. Good work is required but not perfection. If you work solo or if you are a crew of 15 guys/girls, we need you! 1099 subcontractor work. Paid by check or direct deposit. No cash. You must be able to be paid by the square ft for drywall and paint and by linear foot for trim. I cannot pay a daily rate.
