We are hiring for a janitorial position. This position is in the Grapevine area. MUST WEAR A FACE MASK ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES. Days: Monday thru Friday Hours: 9:00AM – 11:00PM Job Summary This individual provides high-level sanitation which consists of restrooms, break rooms and offices for the assigned area. The individual must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Individual will be responsible for responding to building's needs in a timely and effective manner. Key Job Responsibilities: • Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule. • Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, etc.). • Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing). • Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas). • Clean doors, door frames, door handles and switch plates. • Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner. • Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices. Experience: • Janitorial/Maid Cleaning Preferred Requirements: • Pass Criminal Background Check (5-10 Years). • Have a valid driver’s license. • Must have reliable transportation. • Preferred applicants are within an 10 mile radius of State Hwy 114 and E Southlake Blvd, Grapevine Tx. Physical Demands: • Must be able to spend much of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling and kneeling while cleaning. • Must be able to lift 30 – 50 pounds.
