Apartment community seeking a full time maintenance tech. Job duties include a/c work, tile work, installing cabinets, cleaning grounds, lite plumbing, some electrical and any handy work to maintain an apartment. Must be able to work with others. Must be HVAC certified and live close to the property. Must be willing to be on call at the least every other week.
