GEAR LLC is currently hiring Skilled Laborers in the Knoxville, TN area to install duct pipes, wrap duct pipes, and install insulation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Moving materials to the worksite and ensuring all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up. · Operating equipment like drills, pneumatic hammers, shovels, pikes, and other heavy machinery. · Remove and dispose of old insulation. Secure insulation with staples, tape, or screws. Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls or around pipes. Install plastic barriers to protect insulation from moisture. Requirements: · High school diploma or similar. · Construction experience preferred. · Hand tools and PPE are required.
