Established commercial landscape maintenance company now hiring experienced Team Leaders. An experienced Team Leader is someone who has verifiable experience within the landscape industry, already has or is capable of obtaining their Tennessee Herbicide Applicator license, a strong work ethic & the desire to work as a team player. Applicants with prior experience or education in turf grass management also a plus. As a Team Leader you would be in charge of a crew of 2-3 Team Members taking care of our clients’ landscape needs. This includes but is not limited to mowing, weeding, mulching, and planting of seasonal color. You will have to coordinate with your team to make sure everything is taken care of with efficiency and the utmost respect for our clients’ properties. You would be in charge of being the contact person for your team and upper management within the company, bringing any issues or concerns you have to the attention of Account Managers. This is a position offering a year-round four-day work week with available overtime while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
